Uh, is there a question in there? I got it that you are trying to install a clutch, but whats the problem?

Take the pressure plate off, put new plates on. Put pressure plate back on (pay attention to the arrows on the basket and pressure plate. Adjust the clutch (clymers details that pretty well). Put clutch cover back on and ride.

the barnett plates do not have the arrows like they show in the book??? and is there 2 rubber o-rings??

There are 7 o-rings. The arrow he is talking about is on the pressure plate not the fibers.

ok i kinda fig that..sry 4 the newb sh*t...ok i was reading in the book and on this site..where the clutch plates and other plates slide on too..it says to check the teeth for burs..ect...found 2 really deep ones and lol where the springs and screws go to hold plates 1 of them is broke right off.lol now i have to find a basket ... its not going to hurt to leave clutches in oil is it???
