warwgn Posted June 17, 2006 Report Posted June 17, 2006 Anybody know who makes a better frame for the raptor? I used to see them back in the day in the mags, but now all you see is the 450 stuff. I tried looking around the web but only found a few subframes, so what gives? I have already had to weld my frame in 5 places so I want to go to a chromoly frame and not worry about it anymore. Any help would be appericated. Quote

IMO you'd be better off buying a frame off ebay.. sending it to laeger or somebody to gusset it all up for you and go from there... Mike Quote

Mike I can't find a web site for Leager anywhere, and LSR doesn't have much anymore for Banshees or Raptors, it's all fucking 450 shit :: They don't even list an Outlaw Banshee frame anymore, or any frame for a Raptor, but there's complete frames, subframes, and gusset kits for YFZ450's. I wouldn't advertise it either considering you'll sell 20 yfz frames to 1 outlaw... It all depends on the time the fab guy has too.. there is a guy locally that builds the crf50 to quad conversion frames and custom exhaust... if you're serious I can give him a call for you....
