radiator fins

I wanted to know if someone knows how to straighten the fins on these radiators. They are not like auto radiators that can use a tool to make them straight. I had the radiator polished and with the partially open grill would like the fins straight. So could someone give me an idea as a screwdriver does not get the job done to my liking. Thanks

I usually use a butter knife, or a steak knife. I used a box cutter once and it worked good too........ :beer:
