 These cylinders are for sale on e-bay . The guy lives here locally and i might be able to get them cheaper. To me that porting does'nt look to drastic it looks like not alot was taken off on the intake, but i might be wrong! Any opinions will be greatly appreciated!

THANX

you can't really tell from the intake side. most of the power comes from the transfers and exhaust. but with the intakes looking like that i can only imagine what the rest look like. the first set, that one cylinder looks pretty scratched up. i personally wouldn't buy either one, i would just save the money and have mine done or get a cub set up.

I can't see them because I have a Firewall at work that blocks Ebay. But you can't tell as mentioned above from looking at the intake. As a matter of fact, if the intake is hogged out, it will only make the cylinder less reliable. The intake is not the bottle neck on these cylinders.

I agree. save up for some cubs or send your set out to a professional. Those don't look worth the money.

I have tried porting several cylinders. When you don't know what you are doing you can ruin a good flowing cylinder with the quickness.

But asking professionals for some input and paying attention to detail can get you a good set of cylinders. :headbang:
