Capone Posted May 5, 2006 Report Posted May 5, 2006 Just wondering if you can bolt blaster reed cages up to shee jugs? Quote
holeshotkid Posted May 7, 2006 Report Posted May 7, 2006 No. The bolt pattern is slightly larger on the blaster cage. Quote
bkabina Posted May 7, 2006 Report Posted May 7, 2006 Yes they can work.Just grind a little on the holes so they will fit.We have run them before. Quote
Capone Posted May 7, 2006 Author Report Posted May 7, 2006 Wow an answer finally! :x Any luck with them? I'd imagine they're slightly bigger reeds since its powering a little bigger of a cylinder.. I might give them a shot.. is it worth it? Quote

With enough work, you can get jut about any cage to fit. On that note, how did they work for you? Any noticable improvement? Quote
rocketboy Posted May 7, 2006 Report Posted May 7, 2006 blaster reed cages are slightly longer than a banshees and reeds themselves arent much different ,if yo urun them get yourself a 1/4" reed spacer ,k&T has done this on their bikes ,.id just get vforce and be done with it though i doubt your gonna see much gains because theyre not really a world of difference in desig nand size over stock Quote
cdwood37 Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 if you don't have the money to get v-force then go with the blaster cages and maybe port them a little but to avoiD A BUNCH OF WORK V-FORCE FOR SURE. Quote
