fsubanshee Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 I want to be safer on the trails and i really like the fact that all knewer banshees have brake lights. Anyone know it is possible to retrofit a new style banshee taillight/BRAKE light onto a older banshee that only has a tailight. Quote
batoutofshell Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 You would have to buy a whole system with the switch or retro fit a switch to your brake system at the foot pedal somehow and wire it in don't forget to get a new voltage reg with the extra wire. Quote
rico Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 I have an 01 banshee and all i did was take the old taillite out and got a bracket from where i work that holds the ovel led lites for semis welded it on the frame,ordered a switch for an 02 got the rubber grommet and plug mounted my switch and ran the wires and i was done!DAM its bright and works great,nobody behind me is mad at me anymore also!
