First Jeff said he mailed it but it came back as a wrong address. Then he said it was mailed but I never recieved it. Now he won't respond to the Paypal resolution email, my PM's on this site or regular email. I have been very patient waiting for 2 months and I hope he follows through with the deal or at least returns my money. If we come to a resolution I will edit this post. Quote
