front brake master cylinder cover screws

I had to e-z out my screws on my front brake master cylinder cover. does anyone know the size of the screws? so i can check the local hardware store. Thanks.

I don't know what size the screw is(i think its a metric) but you can do this to find out at the hardware store.Get the original screw and find a nut that can screw on it and then get another screw that looks the same as the original and if the nut screws in then thats the one.Now just look for same length (it should be in the same place)and you're done. don't have a dealer close, that's why i wanna hit the hardware store. didn't think about finding a nut to fit original, good idea. Thanks guys.

Same here but I just ordered 'em from Ronnies with some other stuff, didn't think I'd find any countersunk metric screws around here (guessing 4mm x 1.0 but not sure).

They are 4mm x .7mm pitch.
