KenC Posted April 17, 2006 Report Posted April 17, 2006 I am looking for 2 Quads, one for my wife and one for my daughter. They are going to be used mostly at the dunes. They both must have an automatic transmission. I am looking for a 250cc for the wife and 80-90cc for the 7 yr old. What are some good Quads? I have been looking at Polaris only for the wife since its the only one I know of that has an auto tranny. For the kid I am unsure. Thanks for any suggestions! Quote
K5Banshee Posted April 17, 2006 Report Posted April 17, 2006 What about the Honda 250EX. It's not a true automatic, but is like a clutchless manual. I think the new ones have the ability to switch over to true manual shifting, if ever wanted. Quote
KenC Posted April 17, 2006 Author Report Posted April 17, 2006 I forgot to mention that I am on a budget so the bikes will most likely be 4-10 yrs old. It has to be straight auto. My wife doesn't really want to ride and if there is anything at all complicated it won't work, and no, its too late to trade her in for a different model Quote

Got it for my daughter for the same reasons "an easy ride" but it's too big for her I just got her a Kazuma 150 with the same type of setup... Not the best quad for blazing and stuff but it'll get her ass around fine.. it was $1500 new.. falcon 150 (CLICK <<<<) browse thru that place kazuma has size from 50cc up to 250cc.. Got my boy the flacon90, and I am starting to find after market parts for it.. Parts are from other brands of quads and/or motorcycles but I am getting what I need. look in the HQ image and video sections for my boy in action.. My wife gets the polaris now, but I think she would be happier on a shee. later, Chad Quote
