Sand Blaster Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 Hi all My shee is three years old now and is getting a little weak. So it is time for a new top end and some mods. My plans are stage III porting,TDR billet head,TDR forged pistons .020 ,delta force reeds and pipes. Type of riding is fast trail & logging roads. After hours of searching the forum I decided to go with CPI pipes! Future mods Cheetah 400cc power valve cylinder kit. Is this a good choice or maybe T5s or PTs. Any help would be appreciated. Quote
rocketboy Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 for that riding id say a good combo would be t-5 pipes vforce reeds raise your compression and ignition timing ,also an aggresive trail port to compliment the other mods Quote
9603banshee Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 I would go with cpi or shearer for a moderate port job, they work well!! Quote
Sand Blaster Posted April 2, 2006 Author Report Posted April 2, 2006 Thanks for the help! I think I will go with the CPI pipes. T5,s are an awesome pipe but I think the CPI pipes would work best with my future build up! Quote
