I was riding my banshee one day and the Water Pump, Bearing, and Seal all went which created water to get into the oil this was not the problem since I imediatley found the problem but Why did this happen?? Im sure because it overheated and blew the seal which then blew the bearing and pump. It is a aftermarket water pump made by pro designs.. This is what the quad has on it...

Powdercoated frame, T-5 Pipes, TCS shocks front and rear, RPM -1 swing arm, RPM steering stem, RPM 2+2 Axle, Pro Taper Bars, Timmy Boy +3 A-Arms, Duncan Bumper, Steering Staybilizer, Hinson Clutch Cover, Trinity 2 into 1 carb, V-Force Reeds, Vito's 8hp Pistons, Vito's Hot Rod Crank, Aluminum Stator Cover, Pro Design Shifter, 2 In line coolers, Pro Design Water Pump, Baja Wheels, Rear Brake Cooler, a New Top End, oversized radiator and is bored out to 202 and 202 equalling a 404. It needs a bigger needle in the carbs but right now its tuned to the point where it is running fine or was.

I use to run race fuel in it and I was told to go back to race fuel because that will keep it cooler, Im not really sure what to do but I really dont want this to happen again.

ANY SUGGESTIONS.... Thanks! banghead

the gear that runs the water pump probably broke(i have seen it alot)which will cause it to get hot and it goes downhill from there.like gimmeabeer said shit just breaks!
