bansheeryder_69 Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 To get the rust off use an S.O.S pad. And for the jetting check BenBB's jetting faq Quote

Dead Op Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 Whats your elevation? what temps do you plan on riding in? All these come into factor. I have my bike jetted for summer 60-75 degrees. My elevation is around 1500 to 2000 feet. I have the Fattys, K&N, Radvalves. (Advanced timing you may need to richen your main) I have a 260 main, i think the pilot is 1 size larger than the stock 27.5 one, my needle is moved to the 4th position, and turn my air screw about 2 turns out. Justintoxicated Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 (edited) with FMF pipes and K&N filter no air box lid (only mods). sea level. I ran a 320 main, stock pilot and needle raise one clip (lower c-clip) Ran solid for some time, but slightly rich. I would have switched to a 310 main and called it a day. You "might" need to increase pilot jet one size. Good deal on them, did they come with the O-rings where mount to the motor?. I paid like 500 something for mine new.
