Front springs - slide bumpstop up towards the top mount, this will reveal a 14mm nut for the bottom mount. Compress the spring, loosen bottom mount & remove. Release tension on the spring - DONE.

Rear spring - compress rear spring (easiest if upside down) once compressed remove bottom spring seat from lower shock mount, slips right off - groove cut for easy removal / installation. Release tension on the spring and remove.

Yep.

I had to build a special spring compressor that will allow me to both evenly compress the spring plus get to the nut without fear of the spring popping out and blowing my head off. Just don't push the rod too far into the shock body. I've heard that can cause them to leak, and you can't rebuild them. When you reassemble use a little blue loc-tite.
