suzuki0702 Posted January 27, 2006 Report Posted January 27, 2006 i jsut put my motor back together and thats the only problem im having...i can hear the gear grinding on another gear...but if i pull back on the kicker it'll stop...what did i do wrong...ive checked everything...im baffled on this one... BigRed350x Posted January 27, 2006 Report Posted January 27, 2006 I say just pull it off and check the assembly itself, make sure its up to spec with your clymer manual, then just re-install it. You probably just have it mis-aligned or something in there. It might not be going back to its resting position and sitting rotated out and rubbing on your idler gear. Quote
