The "T" that connects the three hoses on the water pump side of the engine - are they all breather hoses?? And should the hose from the back of the engine be cpnnnected to the "T" at all??

While looking at the "T" -- the part of the "T" pointing to the water pump - where does that hose go - or does not it not hook up to anything??

if i remember correctly, the vent from the rear of the motor near the mount goes into it, one branches to the sidecase near the impeller and connects underneath the outer impeller cover, and the other just runs up the frame under the tank and out near the steering stem. i believe they are all just vent hoses B)

Correct, they are all vent hoses. I got rid of the T and run the rear one out the vent and down behind the engine with no problems. The others I just tucked down behind the frame. No problems with them either.
