packing exhaust pipes

whats up everyone, I have to repack my silencers. I have rocket pipes. Im using the fmf fiberglass repacking kits. how much fiberglass from the bag it comes in should i pack into one silencer? I know you shouldnt put to much because it will bring the power down, so how much is just right?

Just enough to cover the circumfrance (1 layer), and hold it on with a little masking tape.
