2003LimitedBanshee Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 Sorry man I'm not sure what you're asking?? Sounds like you think your bike is faster than it should be when stock The problem is???? Quote
BigRed350x Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 OK Ok ok this time say it in english. Quote
350TwinDeathBed Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 (edited) Sounds like bogging to me, like he's in too high a gear I think he's saying. its like the when the pertol finishes 456207[/snapback] turtle maybe? Edited January 7, 2006 by 350TwinDeathBed Quote
2003LimitedBanshee Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 I just re-read it, I believe he may be English, and he was using the abbrev. petrol (gas), but mispelled it. So you may be right, like he is running out of gas? But can't really tell if he is talking about a lean or rich bog? Since it's stock I wouldn't think it should be far off. Quote
BanShee LoVeR Posted January 7, 2006 Author Report Posted January 7, 2006 looooooool i dont know how to explain it , mmm... its like starting the bike on the 4th or 5th gear u know how slow it becomes and sometime the engine turns off but it happends to me on the first or second gear Quote
FIRST BANSHEE Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 it sounds like your try to lug your banshee around like a 4-stroke, there to high strung for that. certain mods make it alot better, but it wasn't designed to put around. drive like you stole and see if it runs better. Quote
Wallrat Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 (edited) So did it run good when the temperature was warmer and now that its cold outside it runs like crap? That's because cold air is more dense. The colder it is the more air you actually are letting in. That's why you need to change the jetting for every 20 degrees below 60*F. I'll let you figure out what that means in centigrade. Click the link to BenBB's jetting FAQ in my signature. Edited January 7, 2006 by Wallrat Quote
