RMX250DB Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 I bought my 88 banshee as a non runner a couple months back and need a good starting point for the jetting before i damage something running it lean. The current jets are 260 mains and 22.5 pilots. I'm in NJ id say about 500ft elevation the bike has as follows FMF gold series pipes and silencers Carbon fiber reeds (dont know the type but they have 2 flaps) pro design intake and filter with no airbox lid tors is gone so it has normal carb tops the motor is stock from what i can tell, 130 psi compression. Just looking for a baseline jetting that i can work from. Thanks Quote

Thanks 453187[/snapback] 290 mains, needle 4th clip from the blunt end, stock pilots (25), air screw should be best at .5 turn out, but I'd adjust that to best throttle response. Quote
