cexualcensations Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 I am building a mx banshee engine and had a question. Right now I have stock cylinders i just had mx porting by trinity racing and have the trinity cylinder head. The cylinders are 64.25mm. I am wondering if i was to get the wiseco hotrod +4mm stroker longrod crank along with the spacer plate and wiseco 795 stroker pistons could i still use the same trintiy head domes are would i have to get a modified dome. I was thinking that if i used the stroker long-rod plate the domes should be fine. I called trinity racing and they said that i would have to send them my cylinders and pistons, crank and cylinder head so they could modify some domes. I need to get second opions because trinity racing is so damn slow when it comes to modifying something. it took me like 3 months to get my 485 cheetah cylinder and drag pipes for my other banshee. demonic shee Posted December 30, 2005 Report Posted December 30, 2005 you'll be fine because the series 795 pistons have a piston pin height that is 5mm closer to the crown which will yeild the longer rod, the spacer plate yeilds the additional stroke. Quote
