28 Mikuni FS Flange spacer

As some of you may know the inlet flange on the Mikuni 28 FS Carb has a smaller OD dimension than the stock 26's. Back in the mid 90's I purchased a tube spacer/collar that presses over the inlet flange making the flange OD larger. I thought I purchased the collar from White Brothers but they do not sell it anymore.

 

Does anyone know who where I can possibly find this collar? From my experience the intake boot will rip without this spacer.
