Yo, for any of you that play x box live, who do you contact for problems connecting to x box live? Ive called their help line 3 different times and got 3 different fuckin idiots that dont know anything. Do local internet providers help with this sort of thing? Im getting the error message saying that x box live cannot be found/cannot connect. My internet works fine, just doesnt connect. Really starting to piss me off. Shitty thing is, I dont know who the hell to get ahold of to fix my problem.

You have tried disconnecting the wires and reconnecting them?

or making sure they are all connected? I have no idea who to contact, maybe shit ass microsoft... IDK

I would say there has to be an internet forum on this. I would say look on Microsofts website.

I finnally figured it out... I was running directly from my modem and I just hooked up to router to see if it would work and it started working again.. No thanks to the people on x box live. Dont ever call those idiots for anything.

when i play ps2 online i have it hooked directly to the modem and not through a router. the only game i ever play online is socom
