we're at 3000 ft and we can run 17cc domes on pump gas if the motor is basically stock.my sons motor was pretty much stock a few yrs back with 17cc domes and he had over 225 pds compression and was running pump gas in it.with 18cc domes we normally have 175 pds compression.
