fabricated Posted November 15, 2005 Report Posted November 15, 2005 I have a 2005 banshee will a mild flow port and .035 off the head. I have a +4 degree timing key and a set of 1/2 inch reed spacers. I wanted to know what jetting is recommended from the pilots, needle clip location, to the mains. I am ruuning toomey t5s with toomey needles and an open k&n filter. Thanks for the help. This bike will be jetted for glamis Quote
2003LimitedBanshee Posted November 15, 2005 Report Posted November 15, 2005 I would presume you will be in the 350-360 range for the mains, 27.5 (maybe 30 at the largest) on the pilot, and clip on the 3rd space for a stock needle, probably 4th if your running the Dynojet needle that comes in the Toomey kit. But, I don't ride Glamis, so I'm not super familiar with exact elev below sea level and air temp. Also, just my .02, but ditch the timing key at your first opportunity and throw in a Ricky Stator timing plate, only $35+shipping. Quote
