I am wanting to hear from people that have had a set of these or knew someone who has.I have found a set pretty cheap.I'm going to buy a set of out of frames. What are the pros and cons with these pipes.Performance compared to other pipes.I have a set of shearer inframes right now (which I'll be selling soon). Will these out of frames be any better?Anything else I should know?

cpi claims 10hp over there inframes. There not very frendly if you do anything other than drag. Ive had many friends that have had then and broke the mount the bolts to the foot peg. These guys used the pipes for all around use, jumping and stuff.

I would say go for it, it your a drag racer

first of all out of frames aren't meant for anything other than dragging so they are not going to hold up to jumping and on the power issue i don't think they help 10hp but i do no they run cooler because of no silencer and cooler is always better.

no they won't be any better,i'd stick with the shearers .i had a set of shearer in frames on my shee and went to out of frame wicked atv pipes then cpi out of frames both just had stingers and neither one worked as good as the inframe shearers.i had out of frame shearers with silencers and they performedpretty much like the inframe shearers and still much better than the wicked and cpi's were for mid and top end.grr's are probally the closest to shearers in performance.they will both out perform cpi's in almost every application.the grr's pull a little harder on the bottom but than shearers but i think the shearers pull a little harder on top.
