RZ 350 Kill Switch Hook Up

This topic has come up in the past and I have found very few individauls that have figured out a simple way to hook up a kill switch using the RZ components.

 

After several searches that gave fuzzy answers I reviewed the RZ manual and discovered it is very simple.

 

Hook up:.

 

Assuming you are using a Banshee key switch hook the black wire from the key switch to one of the post on the ignition coil. (The other post has a orange wire going to the CDI) You then take your black /white wire that also runs off your key swith and connect it to ground.

 

That simple, Varified results tonight!! Ready to get her fired up next month.

just get a cr 250 kill switch... you plug the black and white wire from the kill switch into the black and white from the cdi.. and ground out the green on the kill swich...

Thanks, all set, Ran wiire from CDI to stock key swith and then one from switch to spark pug coil.
