No Limit Powersports Posted October 25, 2005 Author Report Posted October 25, 2005 well if you mean dirt, yes But our shut down is way longer and the track is smoother its 300ft drags but the track is like 700-800 ft Were working on doing a sand drags, but I think were going to start with dirt and if enough people come were thinking of hauling in sand and plowin and mixin and doin sand drags Quote
23champ Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 is the track gonna be watered? Dont really wanna drive 3.5 - 4 hrs to blow my tires off for 300ft. Quote
FASTOYS Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 Im interested in coming down. Just hope the rain holds off for you better than our drags up here. YOu do allow slow Raptors to run dont ya? LOL Quote
dune_girl Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 wow...sounds like there might be a pretty decent turnout Quote
No Limit Powersports Posted October 27, 2005 Author Report Posted October 27, 2005 Yes the track will be watered down as much as necessary Ive been to tracks that were all hard and extremely dusty and I absolutely do not want that. Jeff I expect to see you and that slow raptor of yours being that Ive came up to see you lol!! Yea I live in pittsburg but im originally from coffeyville just dont tell anyone I hope to see everybody there Like I said if there is a good enough turnout we are seriously thinking about turning this into a sand track. Oh on a side note Calvin Pollet is a good friend of mine and my cousin rides his drag bikes now. I talked to him yesterday and they said if they do not go to the drags in louisana that they would bring a couple of bikes. I told my cousin that he couldnt enter the drag frame bike but we would love to see some runs. I'll keep you guys up to date but dont hold me to it. Quote
No Limit Powersports Posted October 31, 2005 Author Report Posted October 31, 2005 I got the track ready this weekend and it turned out really good. Its really smooth and wide. We are still going to have to take a haira (sp) to it to break it up so its not packed but its going to be awesome. We are working on getting a start light done before this weekend. And I talked to Calvin and my cousin and they said that they were going to stay and come to our drags instead of going to louisiana. The classes can be broken up into more stock and not stock if we need to. We'll just have to wait and see what kind of turn out we get. --Andy Quote
