J-Madd Posted October 21, 2005 Report Posted October 21, 2005 Is the spring installed correctly? A Clymers manual could help. Quote

endofitall9 Posted October 23, 2005 Report Posted October 23, 2005 ok...in the motor there is a gear that the kick started engages so it can crank the clutch basket but on this gear there is a snap ring and washer. i have had instances where this sanp ring has come off thus letting that gear get suck rattle and just plain freak shit up worth a try good luck Quote
