carb and sproket question

I was wondering with my mods could I run 28mm's and a bigger sproket. i have t-5's cool head 21cc domes, k&n pods, and vforce 2. If so what size sproket and will I notce any difference with 28mm carbs.

Id say you can prolly pull a 15 tooth sprocket up front. You might notice a little more with the carbs, but it's not gonna be a drastic change.
