New Elka Shocks

I just got my new Elka compression adjustable front shocks. I got back from installing them and when you push down on teh front end and let go it doesnt come up all the way the front kinda sags a little. Is that just how they are supposed to be or should something be adjusted. thanks in advance

if u have zps shocks then they are supposed to sag

Just out of curiousity, have you adjusted down the ring that is threaded on the shock toprovide some rebound/stiffness to teh shock and maybe you have the preloading too soft or the valve too soft...ideas.
