fuck the dealer, and dont cry either. :D

i dont think the jetting is an issue. you need to check for spark. and is your fuel turned on? :shrugani:

BTW, steer clear of the ether. its not very 2stroke friendly.

also check your wiring because if you transfered it from the other frame there may be a ground wire that isnt hooked up or making a good connection, worht checking that out since it is usually the tiny things that give us the most crap.

ok i stil have stock jetting in it and i was told to run jettings around 280-310 area....that is almost 10 size's bigger... could jetting be the issue.... and gas is on tried it on both reserve and on

also i only found one ground wire and thats right on the bottom of the screw eith a wing nut... idk ill clean that off again.....

If all you changed is the frame, the jetting should not change. You dont have pipes and your Bored out to 383? Thats a little crazy  If you dont have pipes 280-310 on the jetting is a little crazy :shrugani::shrugani:

pull the hose make sure you have fuel, pull the plug and make sure you have spark, make sure all the clamps and screws around the manifolds and carbs are tight, make sure all the elec clips are tightly "clipped" together, make sure the choke tube is in there, ckeck to make sure the slids are sinc'd and not hung open or the idel screw to far in, and check to see if the key or any other kill swith is turned off.

Personally I'd pull the carbs put in a 30 pilot and 310 mains, and clean everything!

No, the choke tube is a rubber hose that goes between the two carbs, it connects the choke to the other carb and without it you have a huge vacuum leak.

You will need to change your pilots! and start with 310's!, trust me i've used these pipes personally.
