racer Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 (edited) fuck the dealer, and dont cry either. i dont think the jetting is an issue. you need to check for spark. and is your fuel turned on? BTW, steer clear of the ether. its not very 2stroke friendly. Edited August 5, 2005 by gimmeabeer Quote
dirtplay1975 Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 also check your wiring because if you transfered it from the other frame there may be a ground wire that isnt hooked up or making a good connection, worht checking that out since it is usually the tiny things that give us the most crap. sheefreak Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 You definately need to jet up, but it would've at least fired w/ether if you had any spark. Keep looking electrical. Quote
sycoracer911 Posted August 5, 2005 Author Report Posted August 5, 2005 i didnt have much either so idk... with the exlectricals i barly disconnected anything... i only disconnected the rear... oh well later tonight or tomarrow ill check for spark...keep the ideas coming guys Quote
ellison445 Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 If all you changed is the frame, the jetting should not change. You dont have pipes and your Bored out to 383? Shee-Male Posted August 6, 2005 Report Posted August 6, 2005 pull the hose make sure you have fuel, pull the plug and make sure you have spark, make sure all the clamps and screws around the manifolds and carbs are tight, make sure all the elec clips are tightly "clipped" together, make sure the choke tube is in there, ckeck to make sure the slids are sinc'd and not hung open or the idel screw to far in, and check to see if the key or any other kill swith is turned off. Personally I'd pull the carbs put in a 30 pilot and 310 mains, and clean everything! Quote

You will need to change your pilots! and start with 310's!, trust me i've used these pipes personally. Quote
