MonoxideChild420 Posted July 29, 2005 Report Posted July 29, 2005 does yours kinda stay revved for a second longer... just wondering.. Quote
2strokesmoke Posted July 29, 2005 Report Posted July 29, 2005 you might be able to adjust it out with the air fuel mixture screw Quote
Rare Scottish Tree Badger Posted July 29, 2005 Report Posted July 29, 2005 I agree with 2strokesmoke, apart from the smiley! Where are your air screws at? ... Unless they need to be in less than 1 turn out, then you should be ok with the 25 pilots. Otherwise move up to 27.5s. Rare. Quote
batoutofshell Posted July 30, 2005 Author Report Posted July 30, 2005 I have my air screws at 1.5 out it does stayed revved when I am riding it takes awhile to calm down after a long fast run Quote
Rare Scottish Tree Badger Posted July 30, 2005 Report Posted July 30, 2005 With the bike warmed up, turn the air screws in by an 1/8th of a turn at a time, leaving about 10 -15 seconds between each adjustment. You're looking for the point where the revs start to drop. If this happens when you're within one turn out then ideally you need to move up to the 27.5 pilots and start fine tuning again. Once you've found this point, see if the throttle response has improved and also if it's cured the 'running on' when you come off the throttle. Rare. Quote
