Brocster350 Posted July 9, 2005 Report Posted July 9, 2005 I have toomey springs which are fairly old and when my bansh is warmed up good I keep losing clutch pull at the lever and I have to adjust on teh bars constantly. I'm running bel-ray Gear Saver 80W. Could my springs be too worn. Quote
fixitrod Posted July 14, 2005 Report Posted July 14, 2005 Sounds like you need to make sure your clutch is properly adjusted or the adjuster on the pressure plate hasn't come loose. Quote

fastbanshee4u Posted July 17, 2005 Report Posted July 17, 2005 Sounds to me like the steel plates are getting hot and warping,therefore taking up all the clutch freeplay.I think its time for a new clutch kit. Quote
