I noticed when I put my rear paddles on that when i pushed the bike on a hard pack surface the rear axel would go "klunk klunk klunk"... today I took the paddles off to put my knobbys back on and just to see what was up I grabbed the right rear tire and pulled it.. it moves a little back and forth and goes "klunk klunk klunk" only this side does it.. and it doesnt move very much at all.. maybe 1-2mm... is this something to worry about? This is a new shee with maybe 10 hours on it.

Heres a picture (its kinda crappy pic, but its moving just a hair)

either your bearings are already bad, axle is loose or that is the noise from your chain making noise from the paddles.

how to I go about tightening the axel. I have my clymers here.. but it just shows how to remove it... do i just adjust the 2 nuts?

The bearings are being broke in during the first few hours of use and need to be tightened after they are broke in. What you had was pretty typical for a shee, you probably shouldn't need to tighten it again for a while but keep an eye on it.
