Whats up guys? I have a quick question for anybody that can answer it honestly and truthfully. Ok the question is I have to " re-gap" my new spark plugs. And I know out of all the people on this forum someone has a banshee repair guide. So if someone has the repair guide and can help me out on which settings I should "re-gap" my new plugs at it will be helpfull.

It's a good habit to always check the gap of new plugs. On the NGK B®8ES the gap should be within 0.7 to 0.8mm or 0.028 to 0.031 inches.

Dito on the above. They typically come about .030 so you can use them right out of the box, but you should still check.
