banshee running rough, need some help

friend has a 01 or 02 banshee, tommey t5 pipes silencer's, heres the deal that i know about, 1 pipe is way hotter than the other, both plugs are running rich, put new plugs in and still doing the same, there is a boost bottle on it, but pipes and boost bottle are the only mods i know of, air filter is clean , it ran fine the first couple days he had it, now its acting up, can ya please help out before this weekend, thanks later.
