ok, if i put my bike in neutral and roll it, it will roll for about 40 ft and then it will catch and act like it is in gear, but if u keep tryin to roll it it will let go and roll a little farther, does anyone know what is catching? any help would be greatly appreciated

Before you call it a transmission issue make sure it isnt something relativley simple. Check for bent brake rotors, bent sprockets, or something that might be catching your chain. good luck

already done it, it is somethin in the transmission b/c it doesnt do it when the bike is started
