Clip need to go up or down to lean out needle

I tried search i hear lots about 3rd poisitoin and 4th but nothing on this, so will putting the clip lower or higherlean me out thanx..

Yeah...moving the clip up will allow the needle to seat further down making it leaner as apposed to lowering the clip raising the needle making it richer.
