You can see from the pics that it has an adjustable throttle stop and is cmpletely adjustable,,,meaning you can move the lever to any given point. You definitely want to make sure your cables are well lubed to avoid any problems. Others have contacted me but as of now,,,No one has sent me any money so as far as Im concerned,,,,first come,,,,first serve. I can ship immediately. Thanks,,,,,,,,Don Fadeddreams I always though the moose throttle was the same thing as the terry cable but I guess I could have been mistaking. as far as attaching the cable,,,,,,,,,,Not sure what your having problems with,, You might want to detach it from your carb and Then attach it to the throttle housing so you will have more cable to work with.
