Banshee doe not go

Hi I have a 98 banshee I just bought and it does not go if fires up no problem but doesn't get into gear i can shift the gears running without pulling in the clutch at it will not stall what do you guys think it is

Check on the left side just below the left carb there will be an arrow on the caseing,and there is an arrow on the end of the clutch cable perch at the bottom end,they should be lined up,if not your going to have to go inside to do some adjusting.
