good deal or not?

need all of your opinions on this. 99 f350 super cab ,140000 miles, 8inch lift, lockers front and rear, 150 hp chip, larger than stock turbo, custom winch bumper. very nice truck just not real happy with the miles. what do you think ?should i make the guy a offer?

Too high of miles and too many mods if you want a reliable truck. Diesel mechanics get paid very good. I would go with something stock with a warranty if you can afford it.

I agree...for 18k you can get a pretty nice used truck that's more dependable & likely to have a warranty. That's a shitload of miles too.

for 18g you should be able to find a 99 ---on with about 70k or so for that price.
