I do alot of backroad riding, alot of gates i have to open and close, some very rocky, slow climbs, you just have to get used to the banshee to do those things.. You cant just hop on and think your not going stall or bog down in slow situations. When you get the hang of it, its a great all around bike, and you'll leave all your friends in the dust! :headbang: Oh and about gasmileage, its not the greatest on gas mileage, but you can always get one of those ugly 5 gallon tanks or carry a bottle of gas on a 6 pack rack. Armidillo has a nice one, holds a gas can and an icechest. Hope you get the shee!

Well the seller told me that he hasn't blown any plugs so hopefully it is tuned. A couple of spare plugs in the backpack is no harm, so i might invest or get my dad to weld up some kind of fuel carrier like the armidillo one.

cheers

Last year I did a nice trail up in northen MI, 66 mile loop total mild climbs, twisty trails, straight open runs, a little bit of everything...and at the end of the ride I had 1/4 to 1/3 of a tank of gas left on my banshee. That was just with the K&N pod filters and bored .040" over. I'm not sure how much more gas you will use with your pipes tho.

I would think maby a little more possibly...I'm guessing here but back then I was running 190 mains and you with your pipes you will be around the 300 main jet range (?1/3 size bigger?) So if this holds true then you will get about 66 miles out of a tank of gas which equils out to about 106 Km. That's just what I'm thinking tho, I dunno if my form of reasoning is correct...

Hope that helps.

To test this theory i might invest in an odometer to see what range i can cover with my 125 which is piped, airfilter, etc. I'll see if i can use the bicycle one and hook it up. I'm going away for the weekend for some serious riding so i'll let you know how i go
