You got mail. Mine used to get stuck thats when it started haivng problems, trick was to squirt wd40 up it and it unfroze it instantly, but then I got the rattle lol.

The oring will last. I spend 20 cents last year on mine and it lasted all season riding at least once a week.

 

 

 

I'm not sure on the oring. It just goes in there to keep it from rattling but doesn't last to long.. should be fine for the weekend though. If you take it apart you can get the idea.
