I have a 2004 Banshee. My mods are as follows:

 

Toomey T-5 Pipes

V-Force 2 reeds

Boost Bottle

Dura Blue air filter

1/2 Reed Spacer

 

what is the best jetting setup for my banshee ??

A good start would be 310's or 320's and do plug chops from there on to get dialed in. I would try lowering the clip one on the needle, and possibly a 27.5 or 30 pilot.

is the dura blue a foam filter? air box lid on or off?

 

Foam filterand lid on, in the range of 260 to 280 Lid off 280 to 300 with your mods and depending on temp and ele

 

If the filter is like a K&N then add 2 sizes to the above.

I have close to the same set-up, with a lid. I have 300mains, needle on 3rd, and 27.5 pilot, airscrew 2 turns out. Yours might be a bit different, but close.

For the Toomey T5's and the VForce I think you should be around 300 -320 mains without the lid. Everything else does not require jetting changes.

start with 330 mains, 32.5 pilots, one clip leaner,lid off

Toomey's usually don't like big pilots, unless you have good porting or running k&n pods.
