njbanshee Posted March 28, 2005 Report Posted March 28, 2005 (edited) Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem of having your tires turn too far and get locked up. Now that i put these +2 a-arms on, if i go to make a sharp turn i can't get out of the turn unless i come to a stop and really turn hard on them. This can't be normal. Does anyone no whats wrong with my setup? I also have the yfz shocks on there and the sit a little high. Would that be the problem? What about those steering stabilizers, would that fix my problem? Tim C Posted March 29, 2005 Report Posted March 29, 2005 Check the steering stop near the bottom of the steering stem. Some time the stop gets bent out and allows the ears on the stem to turn past and once it turns so sharp the steering locks. I beat mine back into place and welded a gusset on it to keep it from bending out again. Quote
