bansheefreestyler Posted March 19, 2005 Report Posted March 19, 2005 did you buy it used or new? Quote
J-Madd Posted March 19, 2005 Report Posted March 19, 2005 Water bottle relocater is only if you remove airbox or don't want water to overflow when hill climbing. I don't know what those hoses are for exactly. Have you checked the oil? Maybe it has too much in it. What color is the oil. If its milky, then your water pump could be leaking and overfill you crankcase. Quote
Brian060 Posted March 19, 2005 Report Posted March 19, 2005 did you buy it used or new? 341616[/snapback] dude, obviousley he bought it used, otherwise there woulda been an overflow coolant bottle Quote
bansheefreestyler Posted March 19, 2005 Report Posted March 19, 2005 haha ya. and is the water bottle the lil thing on the back of the airbox? Quote
xX90BANSHEEXx Posted March 20, 2005 Author Report Posted March 20, 2005 yea i bought it used. its a 1990. thi kid i bought it from decked it all out for racing. 2-1 carb, no airbox, k&n filter, no overflow bottle, bored out to max, etc.... no milky oil. do i need the bottle? i plan on using it mainly for trail riding. some sand dunes every soo often and drag racin, some track. jeremy Quote
01bansheefox Posted March 20, 2005 Report Posted March 20, 2005 bored out to max? make sure u have coolent lol thing might overheat Quote
xX90BANSHEEXx Posted March 20, 2005 Author Report Posted March 20, 2005 dont worry about that. thats wat the kid said neways Quote
FIRST BANSHEE Posted March 20, 2005 Report Posted March 20, 2005 if your oil level is to high it will leak out of that hose. the trans takes 1.6 quarts. you don't need the overflow if you keep your eye on the coolant level Quote
