I'm sort of new to shee's. What exactly is a boost bottle, and what does it do. I'm ringing mine for the first time, and found that tube that connects the carbs has a hole worn into it. Should I get a boost bottle, and if yes, will I need to rejet the carbs? The only engine mod is FMF fatty /w power core II's. Sorry if ti's a dumb ?, but I need to know.

if its easy to get i would put the stock tube back in if you get the boost bottle you dont need to rejet you wont gain no power out of it either maybe a little more trotle response

you probably wont have to rejet for a boost bottle since it really does....nothing but theres no harm in checking. I would stick with a new stock crossover tube instead of a boostbottle. boostbottles are known to put cracks and holes into the intake boots, which would lead to a blown topend if some shit gets sucked in. And it has no real use, except for eye candy.

some guys choose to plug those holes up with something, dont remeber what right now. some of the new billet intakes dont even include the boost bottle holes in the design.
