anyone runnin bout this setup. im switchin to race gas and puttin in 19cc domes and pod filters with a mild dune port runnin stock carbs... need to upgrade... and pc pipes... with v force 3 and carbon reeds....whatcha think 300 mains and 30 pilots or too big pilots? 1.5 turns from seat on the airscrew?

300 might be a good starting point. But Im guessing ur gonna have to go bigger than that. May try a 27.5 pilots. Trial and error is the only way you're gonna get your jetting right on.

I would start at #340 mains cause the pods can flow some air, also, typically dune ports = top end ports are not very mild.

30 pilots shouls be right on . I have seen many bikes with that set up use main jets clear up to 440 . Just depends how good your port job is, and how much you hold it wide open .Take it out ride full throttle and as you back off slowly if it feels faster you are lean . Good luck

I'm running whats in my sig, no port though :( (not yet) I running 290-300 usually on the mains and 27.5 on the pilots, and the clip on the needle dropped 1 notch.

I RAISED THE CLIP 1 NOTCH CUZ OF THE V FORCE 3'S AND PUT IN A 320 MAIN AND SO FAR STOCK PILOT BUT I AM WAITING ON MY 30 PILOT TO ARRIVE.... HAVENT GOT WOT YET BUT SEEMS TO RIP... I SHOULD GET THEM FRIDAY AND TEST ER OUT AGAIN... I PUT THE AIRSCREW ALL THE WAY IN AND DIDNT ADJUST THE IDLE AND NO CHANGE.. SO I HAD TO ADJUST THE IDLE SCREWS TILL IT RAN ON ITS OWN... THAT CAUSED BY TO SMALL PILOT?
