kylechs04 Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 Is their any easy way to paint my gold rims black. I want some black rims on my shee and I just dont have the money to buy new ones. I was wondering if anyone had tried to paint their rims and if it the paint held up at all? Quote
Quinlan Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 I used that brush on bed liner to do mine, they've been done for a couple years now. No big chips out of em yet. However i only run gravel pits and backroads, it doesn't see any trials Quote
gurny Posted March 5, 2005 Report Posted March 5, 2005 I did mine with krylon spray paint. It took me forever to tape around the tire but it was worth it. I did 2 coats of primer, 2 coats paint, and 3 coats of clear coat. The paint dosent scratch very easy but it came off a little around the bead from hitting shit. Still looks awsome. Quote
