Hey folks, I decided to take on the project over the winter of rebuilding my 90 banshee. It was pretty much stock with the only mod being that it is bored .040 over.

So I decided to go out and get a fiew go-fast parts and ended up with some FMF gold series pipes with power core 2 silencers, timing plate, ported reeds with boyesen power reeds, top end rebuild kit from namura, boost bottle, I milled the stock head .027 over, and K&N pod filters.

I know that this seems to be a repeditive question but after all the time and money I put into this thing I think it would be better to ask for a little help on where to start on my jetting so I don't blow it up.

I am a woods rider at about 500-1000ft above sea level. I use premium gas mixed at 50:1.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated and if you need any more info let me know and I'll get it posted.

Thanks

Start w/ 290-300 mains, needle 4th clip from the blunt end, stock pilots, adjust the timing plate at +4.....wait till you feel the power difference.. :whoa:
